The Doobie Brothers had a great year ahead of them at the beginning of 2020.
They had been voted into The Rock Hall, they were about to set out on their 50th anniversary tour including Michael McDonald, plus they were planning on releasing some new music.
The pandemic certainly changed their plans.
Somehow though, the band found the way to make the best of all of it.
They did some remote performances and even prepped a box set for release.
The box set “Quadi” came out September 4th.
They will also be inducted into The Rock Hall on November 7th.
The inductions will look different than in past years, but it will happen.
