Faux Heiress To The Land

Influencer Isabella Moretti, 27, was arrested after authorities say she faked being the heiress to a Texas ranch for a viral TikTok series.
Moretti, who has 1.3 million followers, reportedly claimed she was the fifth-generation heiress to a 4,200-acre Hill Country ranch she called “Moretti Cattle Co.” But according to authorities, the property actually belongs to 68-year-old rancher Earl Pemberton, who had no idea any of this was happening until his granddaughter showed him the videos.
Authorities say Moretti trespassed onto the property nine times over three weeks, filming inside the working cattle barn and around the ranch. She dressed the part in expensive cowboy boots and a custom Stetson and even reportedly hired someone to decorate a hay bale with eucalyptus for one episode.
The series became a hit and reportedly earned Moretti an estimated $186,000 in brand deals. At one point, a drone video even allegedly captured the real ranch owner in the background wondering who she was.
Police say Moretti claimed she had “rented the vibe, not the land.” The real owner says “She braided ribbon into my horse’s mane,” “Sage green. The horse hated it.”
She now faces charges including criminal trespass and fraud, and the series has reportedly been removed from
TikTok.
