A Woman Finds A Creative Way To Use Her Bra

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said 34-year-old Melissa Harrow of Largo was spotted around 6:40 p.m. near U.S. Highway 19 in Clearwater. Several drivers called 911 after seeing her in a shopping cart on the shoulder, holding her bra above her head as traffic passed. 
 
According to deputies, Harrow said she was trying to get home faster and thought wind from passing vehicles would help push the cart north. Officers said she was uninjured but appeared overheated and erratic. 
 
The cart was traced to a nearby grocery store, where employees said it had been taken from the parking lot earlier that evening. Deputies said no vehicles were damaged, though traffic slowed while the cart was removed. 
 
Harrow was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on disorderly conduct, petty theft, and obstructing traffic charges.
