Denver shooting:
Source: Police say they arrested a third suspect Friday who was allegedly involved in a shooting in Denver earlier in this month that left nearly a dozen people injured.

A Florida man has been sentenced after admitting to an unusual act outside a home in a gated resort community near Disney World.

Kevin Westerhold, 51, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor indecent exposure charge stemming from the incident. A judge sentenced him to 12 months of probation, fined him $271, and ordered him to undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation within the next month.

Westerhold was initially charged with a felony, but prosecutors later reduced the case to a misdemeanor. Court records also indicate that he recently completed an inpatient treatment program, although no additional details were provided.

According to investigators, witnesses photographed and recorded Westerhold engaging in sexual acts with a handheld vacuum cleaner in broad daylight outside a home owned by a female relative.

Witnesses told detectives his behavior left little doubt about what he was doing, leading to his arrest and eventual conviction.
