SPECIFIC RULES FOR “LUCKY GETAWAYS – JUNE”
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on Monday, June 8 and ends on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Entry Methods: There is one Entry Method:
• Online Registration
In addition to the information required to register, Participants will be offered the opportunity to answer optional questions regarding their preferred casino-related activities (“Activity Questions”). See “Additional Prize Terms and Conditions” below for further details.
Number of Entries: Participants may submit no more than one (1) Entry for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Entry Period: All Entries must be received by the Station by no later than 11:59 PM on Sunday, June 21, 2026, 2026, or they will be considered void.
Number of Winners: There will be Five (5) Winner(s) for this Promotion.
Winner Selection & Notification: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Station Staff shall select the Winners via random drawing from amongst all valid Entries. Upon selection, Station Staff shall contact the Winners at the email address provided during registration to coordinate pickup of the Prize at the Station offices. If the Winner does not respond to the Station in a timely manner and/or does not pick up the Prize in the agreed-upon time frame, each to be determined at the Station’s sole and absolute discretion, the Station reserves the right to declare the Entry void and select a substitute Winner from all remaining eligible Entries.
Prize (ARV): The Prize consists of the following elements:
• One (1) Gas Card in the amount of Fifty Dollars (ARV $50), to be provided by the Station.
• Two (2) Meal Vouchers, each valued at Twenty-Five Dollars ($25), redeemable at Timber’s Grill inside Naskila Casino, located at 540 State Park Road 56, Livingston, TX 77351 (the “Casino”), to be provided by the Prize Provider (ARV $50). See “Additional Prize Terms & Conditions” below for further details.

The Winner agrees to look solely to applicable Prize Provider with respect to any claims, losses, or disputes in connection the element of the Prize provided by such party. The Station is not responsible for any failure of Prize Provider to deliver the Prize or any elements of the Prize.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Neither this Promotion nor the Prize are in any way an inducement to engage in gambling. Gambling involves risk. If the Winner and/or a Winner’s Guest (if applicable) chooses to engage in gambling, they are solely and exclusively responsible for any potential monetary losses incurred.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter the promotion. No one under 21 years of age (a “Minor”), including any Guest(s) of the Winner, is permitted in any gaming areas of the Casino. Per the Casino’s rules, if a Winner chooses to bring one or more Minor(s) as a Guest: the Minor must enter through the door closest to Timber’s Grille (Door 1), may not enter any gaming areas of the Casino, and must be accompanied by the Winner or an adult Guest at all times.
Responses to the Activity Questions will have no impact on the odds of winning. The responses will be anonymized and provided to the Casino collectively, with no identifying information connecting responses to any individual Participant.
Meal Vouchers are redeemable exclusively at Timber’s Grille and may not be used for any other food or beverage offerings at the Casino.
Meal Vouchers are one-time use only. If a Winner and/or Guest orders less than the full $25 value, the remaining value is forfeited. No change will be provided nor may the Meal Voucher be redeemed again in the future for any remaining value. Winner and/or Guest are solely responsible for any expenses in excess of $25, including tax and gratuities.
No alcoholic beverages are served at or allowed within the Casino.
