Men & Women Can't Agree On Fast Food
Men & Women Can’t Agree On Fast Food
If your car turns into a rolling fast-food negotiation every night, there’s a reason. Men and women don’t just order differently, they want different places entirely. One side’s craving burgers and fried chicken, the other’s not nearly as sold on the whole drive-thru universe.
A new poll ranked where people are most interested in going right now, based on food, price, and overall experience. Both sides agree on the top spot, but after that, it’s a split decision.
Top 10 Fast Food Chains Overall:
- McDonald’s
- Chick-fil-A
- Wendy’s
- Burger King
- Taco Bell
- Subway
- KFC
- Domino’s
- Dairy Queen
- Arby’s
Where men and women split:
- Men push Burger King up to #2 and rank KFC, Domino’s, and Arby’s higher
- Men also include Popeyes in their Top 10
- Women rank those same spots lower overall
- Women boost Dairy Queen up to #7
- Women show less interest in fast food overall
By age group:
- Boomers put Wendy’s at #1 instead of McDonald’s
- Gen X and Boomers favor Jersey Mike’s
- Millennials and Gen Z swap that for Pizza Hut
- Taco Bell ranks higher the younger you go
So next time the car turns into a committee meeting, just remember: it’s not indecision. It’s demographics… with fries.
