Sony Music is rolling out a gorgeous four-LP clear vinyl edition exclusively for Record Store Day on April 18, yeah, the kind of thing collectors will fight over like it’s the last steak in the house. Then, for the rest of us who still own a CD player and some dignity, there’s a 2CD edition dropping April 24.

This ain’t just another live album, it’s Pink Floyd in their prime, stretching out, getting weird and sounding bigger than the room they’re in. The sound quality? Supposed to be crisp enough to remind you why you fell in love with rock in the first place. You don’t just hear it, you feel it.

At my age, you don’t get excited about everything, but this one? This one’s worth clearing some shelf space.
