Ted Nugent Brings Stranglehold 50th Bash to Texas Fans—Live and Online
Ted Nugent, the Motor City Madman, is coming to Texas, virtually. On Saturday, April 4, he’ll stream the Stranglehold 50th Bash pay-per-view livestream, a full 17-song blowout recorded August 31, 2025, in Detroit to celebrate the 50th anniversary of his debut solo album.
Fans can also grab the concert on Blu-ray, shipping May 2026, via NugeVault.com. Subscribers to Nugent’s online vault can watch the livestream at no extra charge.
The setlist reads like a greatest-hits manual for classic-rock fans:
The Star-Spangled Banner, Baby, Please Don’t Go, Free-For-All, Gonzo, Wang Dang Sweet Poontang, Queen of the Forest, Just What the Doctor Ordered, Stormtroopin’, My Girl, Where Have You Been All My Life, Hey Baby, Good Friends and a Bottle of Wine, Fred Bear, Cat Scratch Fever, Stranglehold, Great White Buffalo and Motor City Madhouse.

While Nugent has slowed down touring in recent years, Texas fans still get plenty of action with five stops already on the 2026 schedule:
