Gen Z Is Ghosting Alcohol

Gen Z is rethinking the “night out” and alcohol isn’t the main event anymore. Many say the after-effects of drinking just aren’t worth it, choosing instead to focus on fitness and feeling better overall.
A report from the Bank of America Institute shows younger people are drinking less and working out more, a trend dubbed the “Great Moderation.”
They’re still socializing but with mocktails, nonalcoholic beers, and activities beyond just drinking. Bars are adapting, and skipping alcohol is now far more socially accepted.
Bottom line: for Gen Z, going out is less about getting drunk and more about feeling good. Boring!!
Cheers!
