Airline For Dogs

Traveling with large dogs is no small feat. Airline rules often force even the best-behaved pups into cargo holds, an option many owners consider unsafe, while private jets remain far too expensive for most people.
RetrievAir is reimagining air travel as a pet-first airline, allowing dogs of all sizes (and cats, too) to fly in the cabin with their humans. Travelers book online, pass through a pet-friendly security process at private airports, and board planes designed with animals in mind. Pets aren’t confined to crates; expanded seating lets bigger dogs stretch out, flights stop every two hours for potty breaks, and flight attendants are trained in basic pet behavior.
The outlook: With the global pet travel market expected to reach $3.9B by 2030, RetrievAir is aiming to capture a slice of that growing spend. Fares average around $775 per seat, though long-haul routes, like New York to Los Angeles, can run $6,000+ one way for dogs over 40 pounds. The airline currently serves six U.S. cities, plans to add six more in 2026, and has its sights set on international routes down the line.
Is it worth the price??
