Saved with water:
Source: Oakland residents used bottles of water to keep a fire at bay in a car until firefighters arrived.

Hop water is pretty much exactly what it sounds like: sparkling water infused with hops, the same flowers used in beer to add aroma, flavor, and bitterness. Think LaCroix crossed with a craft IPA, but without the alcohol, sugar, or carbs.

First introduced in 2014 by brewer Paul Tecker, hop water was one of the earliest players in the nonalcoholic beer movement. Despite the category’s rapid growth, hop water has remained niche. It’s not fermented; it typically has no sugar, carbs, calories, or gluten. Even with dozens of brands now on the market, plenty of people still have no idea how or why it exists!

I personally don’t see the point!
