Fitness Through Friends!

For many people, social life still revolves around nightlife like bars, cocktails and late nights. While fitness apps can track every mile or calorie, they’re not built to help users form real-life connections.
That’s where Sweatpals comes in. The wellness-focused startup is turning fitness into a social experience, connecting users through in-person events like yoga classes, hikes, cold plunges, and sauna sessions. Hosts can sell tickets, manage memberships, and build communities directly through the platform.
Founded in 2022, Sweatpals has already grown to over 1 million monthly users and 4,500 hosts, with $12 million in seed funding behind it. The platform’s hosts earn about $70,000 a year on average, and the top 1% are pulling in as much as $2 million annually.
For a company built on health and connection, those are some impressive gains!
