Nike Robot Shoes

Nike unveiled Project Amplify today, marking the brand’s latest step forward in footwear innovation. According to Nike, Project Amplify isn’t just a sneaker, it’s a complete footwear system designed to help wearers walk faster and go farther with less effort.
The system features a motor-powered ankle attachment that connects to a specially designed running shoe, which can also be worn independently. Nike says the technology is optimized for individuals moving at a 10- to 12-minute mile pace, aiming to make walking and running feel smoother and more efficient.
“Our job is to dream big while keeping athletes at the center,” said Michael Donaghu, Nike’s Vice President of Create The Future, Emerging Sport, and Innovation.
Project Amplify is still in the early stages of development, with plans for release in the coming years, according to Nike.
Just do it!
