Wasted wine! Cabernet spills into California creek, river

Sports and wine might not be a traditional pairing, but it’s becoming increasingly popular.

More and more teams and athletes are launching their own private-label “victory wines.”

Take Mano’s Wine, for example, which has teamed up with dozens of professional teams across the MLB, NFL, and NASCAR, as well as over 100 collegiate programs.

Here’s how it works: Teams collaborate with producers to select a wine style and design custom bottles featuring their logos, slogans, or other branding, often with turnaround times as short as a few months.

Once the wine is ready, all that’s needed are the proper alcohol licenses to sell it at stadiums, liquor stores, and other regional outlets.

It’ll be the most expensive, bad wine you’ll ever have!
