Halloween Candy Crisis Hotline!
Picture it: Halloween night, 8:15 p.m. The doorbell rings again. You peek into the bowl: EMPTY!!! You’ve become that house. But fear not, sugar soldier, the M&M’s Halloween Rescue Squad is riding to the rescue once again!
Starting at 5 p.m. on Oct. 31, M&M’s will team up with Gopuff to deliver emergency candy refills in under an hour. That’s right, while the neighbors are tossing loose raisins, you’ll be back in business, handing out chocolate like a hero in a cape made of nougat.
To summon the squad, head to MMS.com/rescue-squad and hit “Learn more.” Fill out your candy SOS request and pray you’re in a Gopuff delivery zone. Then sit tight, reinforcements (and peanuts) are on the way.
And this year’s twist? Free “Treat & Greet Kits” are already available, complete with a candy bowl, an M&M’s shirt, and enough chocolate to make dentists cry.
Plus, since Halloween lands on a Friday, M&M’s is promising “more candy than ever before.” Because nothing says “weekend fun” like judging teenagers’ costumes while sneaking the good stuff for yourself.
As M&M’s Chief Halloween Officer Tim LeBel put it best: “Nothing is scarier than an empty candy bowl.”
Except maybe the dad handing out protein bars.
