SPECIFIC RULES FOR
HOUSTON’S EAGLE HARLEY HI ROLLER GAME
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

| Promotion Period: | The Promotion begins on Monday, September 22, 2025, and ends on Saturday, November 8, 2025. |
| Entry Methods: | There are two (2) Entry Methods: Participants may register for this Promotion either On-Air OR In-Person |
| Entry Period: | On-Air Entries will be accepted from Monday, September 22, 2025, until Friday, November 7, 2025. In-Person Entries shall be accepted from Tuesday, September 23, 2025, until Thursday, November 6, 2025. All In-Person Entry Forms must be completed and received by the Station by Thursday, November 6, 2025, or they will be void. |
| Number of Entries: | Participants may only submit one (1) Entry regardless of Entry Method. |
| Eligibility: | To register for this Promotion, participants must meet the following criteria: – Be a legal resident of the United States residing within the Houston, Texas metropolitan area – Be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the commencement of the Promotion Period; and – Possess a valid Texas motorcycle license as of the commencement of the Promotion Period. |
| Entry Info/ Execution: | 1. On-Air Entries: a. Beginning Monday, September 22, 2025, through Friday, November 7, 2025, eligible participants are encouraged to listen to the Station’s weekday on-air broadcast for the Station’s announcements to be the designated 12th caller to contact the Station. NOTE: The Station will make seven (7) on-air announcements every weekday from Monday, September 22, 2025 – Thursday, November 6, 2025, and two (2) announcements on Friday, November 7, 2025. b. Upon becoming the designated 12th caller to contact the Station, eligible participants will be informed that an employee of the Station (“Station Staff”) has a dice and is intending to roll it. Participants will be asked to guess whether Station Staff will roll either an even or odd number in the on-air game “Even Or Odd Dice Roll.” c. Eligible callers who correctly identify whether Station Staff rolled an even or odd number will be deemed an On-Air Qualifying Winner(s) and asked to verify their contact information. There will be a maximum of two hundred five (205) On-Air Qualifying Winners. NOTE: There is no limit to how many times a participant may phone the Station to become an On-Air Qualifying Winner, however you may only become an On-Air Qualifying Winner once during the Promotion Period. d. Upon successful verification of their contact information, all On-Air Qualifying Winners will be invited to the Republic Harley Davidson Dealership (“Harley Davidson”), located at 12707 Southwest Freeway, Stafford, TX 77477, on Friday, November 7, 2025, for a chance to win the Prize as described below. 2. In-person Entry: a. From Tuesday, September 23, 2025, through Thursday, November 6, 2025, eligible participants may register for this Promotion in-person and on-location with the Station. b. The Station will be on-site at up to eighteen (18) remote locations (“Remote(s)”) within the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. Participants should listen to the Station’s weekday on-air broadcast and/or follow the Station’s social media sites to determine the times and locations for each of the Station’s Remotes. c. To enter this Promotion in-person, eligible participants must attend one (1) of the Station’s Remotes and register with the Station by completing a paper entry form. Participants must complete the paper entry form, as requested, to be eligible to participate in a live game of “Even Or Odd Dice Roll.” NOTE: Paper entry forms may be void if incomplete or illegible. d. Once completed, Station Staff shall place all eligible participants’ paper entry forms into a raffle drum. NOTE: Participants may only have one (1) Entry in the drawing pool. e. Every fifteen (15) minutes, Station Staff will randomly select one (1) participant’s paper entry form from the raffle drum and ask him or her to participate in a live game of “Even Or Odd Dice Roll.” f. During the live game of “Even Or Odd Dice Roll,” participants will be informed that Station Staff has a dice and is intending to roll it. Participants will be asked to guess if Station Staff will roll either an even or odd number. g. Participants who correctly identify whether Station Staff rolled an even or odd number will be deemed an “In-Person Qualifying Winner(s)” and invited to Harley Davidson on Friday, November 7, 2025, for a chance to win the Prize. NOTE: If a participant does not correctly identify whether Station Staff rolled an even or odd number during the live version of “Even Or Odd Dice Roll,” then, the Station in its sole discretion, may permit the participant to play again. h. The Station, in its sole discretion, will select a maximum of four (4) participants at up to eighteen (18) Remotes, allowing for up to seventy-two (72) In-Person Qualifying Winners. 3. On Friday, November 7, 2025, all On-Air Qualifying Winners and In-Person Qualifying Winners (collectively, the “Finalists”) will gather at Harley Davidson, at a time to be determined by the Station. 4. Once onsite at Harley Davidson, each Finalist will be asked check-in with Station Staff by verifying his or her identity. Upon successful verification of their identities, Station Staff will provide each of the Finalists with a paper entry form, which they must fill out, as requested, and place in the on-site raffle drum. 5. After all the Finalists have successfully placed their paper entry forms into the raffle drum, Station Staff will conduct a reverse elimination, during which they will eliminate Finalists by random selection. Station Staff shall continue to eliminate Finalists until seven (7) participants remain (the “Runner(s)-Up”). 6. The Runners-Up will be invited to the Lone Star Rally (the “Rally”), which shall be held at The Strand at Saengerfest Park, located at 2302 Strand Street, Galveston, Texas 77550 on Saturday, November 8, 2025, for a chance to win the Prize. 7. On Saturday, November 8, 2025, while at the Rally, Station Staff shall present the Runners-Up with seven (7) keys and allow each Runner-Up to randomly select one (1) key. 8. After each Runner-Up has selected a key, Station Staff will retrieve his or her key and attempt to start the Prize. The Runner-Up whose key successfully starts the engine of the below-indicated Prize, will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner and awarded the Prize. NOTE: The Grand Prize Winner must be present at the Rally on Saturday, November 8, 2025, to claim the Prize. |
| Number of Winners: | – There will be a maximum of two hundred five (205) Qualifying On-Air Winners. – There will be a maximum of seventy-two (72) Qualifying In-Person Winners. – There shall be a maximum of two hundred seventy-seven (277) Finalists. – There will be seven (7) Runners-Up, which shall be selected from amongst the Finalists. – There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner, which shall be selected from amongst the Runners-Up. |

| Prize Claim: | The Prize shall be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner on-site by Station Staff at The Lone Star Rally held at The Strand at Saengerfest Park, 2302 Strand Street, Galveston, TX 77550, on Saturday, November 8, 2025. |

The Grand Prize Winner agrees to look solely to the applicable Prize Provider with respect to any claims, losses, or disputes in connection with the element of the Prize provided by such party. The Station is not responsible for any failure of the Prize Provider to deliver any elements of the Prize.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Grand Prize Winner must be licensed to operate a motorcycle in the state of Texas. The Grand Prize Winner hereby agrees to also maintain a valid motorcycle insurance policy before he or she may accept the Prize. The Grand Prize Winner must sign a release and waiver of liability before he or she may accept the Prize. Upon receipt of Prize, the Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all costs of winning and ownership of the Prize, including but not limited to applicable taxes, tags, titles, permits, and maintenance. Radio One of Texas II, LLC, its parents, partners, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, managers, members, and employees are not responsible for any costs associated with winning and ownership of the Prize and will not be held liable for costs or claims arising out or attributable to use of the Prize, including injury, disability, property damage or death.
