On National Cheeseburger Day, McDonald’s fans around the world are craving more than Big Macs and fries. Thanks to a viral TikTok, customers are now hungry for the chain’s latest side dish: fashion.

A video shared by user @louiek81 has racked up more than 8.1 million views, showing two European McDonald’s employees working their shift in perfectly fitted blue denim, each pair stamped with a subtle golden “M” logo on the back pocket. The internet quickly dubbed them “McJeans.”

“I’m gonna need a pair of these McJeans,” the creator joked, sparking a flood of comments. One fan quipped, “She’s serving and then serving,” while another dubbed them “so McCute.”

Turns out, McDonald’s uniforms vary widely outside the U.S. In Poland, Brazil, Ukraine, and the Netherlands, denim is standard issue, from jeans to aprons. In the UK, staff pull off casual cool with T-shirts and bucket hats. Portugal even tapped designer Katty Xiomara for a line that includes cardigans and embroidered scarves. France keeps it chic and minimalist with a black-on-black style.

By contrast, American uniforms lean practical, with sustainable jeans, aprons, and shirts made from recycled plastic, a rollout launched last year under designer Bindu Rivas.

This isn’t the first time McDonald’s has customized beyond the kitchen. Just as the menu shifts globally, from McSpaghetti in the Philippines to the McKroket in the Netherlands, the uniforms prove that even fast food can be served with a little flair.
