Could Foreigner Be Travis & Taylor's Wedding Band?

Foreigner is shooting their shot for one very high-profile wedding gig. The band posted an open letter on Instagram, styled in Taylor Swift’s “Life of a Showgirl” color scheme, asking to perform at Taylor and Travis Kelce’s big day.

They wrote, “Dear Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, we know what love is. We’ve spent 40 years figuring it out . . . and now you guys have too. Please accept this as our formal offer to be your wedding band. Best wishes, Foreigner.”

Of course, they couldn’t resist dropping in a nod to their biggest hit, “I Want to Know What Love Is,” making fans wonder if Taylor and Travis will let them be the soundtrack for the first dance. And if the couple says no? Well, Foreigner might be left “Waiting for a Girl Like You” at someone else’s reception.

Could they be serious or are they just having a little fun like the rest of us?

Meanwhile, on the in-law front, Travis’s mom Donna briefly reposted a comedian joking that Taylor’s uterus is “aching to breed” with her son — before quickly deleting it. Fans chalked it up to social-media slip-ups, laughing, “boomers gonna boomer.”

One thing’s for sure: this love story is already rocking.
