More expensive? — Source: FILE PHOTO: Oreo’s parent company said the cost of the cookies, along with other snacks, will be going up next year.

On July 30, Reese’s and Oreo revealed an exciting collaboration that’s sure to thrill dessert lovers: the launch of two new treats, the Reese’s Oreo Cup and the Oreo Reese’s Cookie.

“We’ve heard the fans loud and clear,” the brands shared in a joint press release. “From twisting and dipping to flavor mashups on social media, you’ve been mixing these two favorites for years.”

The brands note that for years, fans have mashed the two treats up on their own on social media — and now, they’ve have decided to make the flavor mashup official.

Oreo Reese’s Cookie features two Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies filled with a Reese’s peanut buttery creme with Oreo cookie crumbs.
Reese’s Oreo Cup features milk chocolate and white creme peanut butter cups with Oreo cookie crumbs.

The Reese’s Oreo Cup will be available for presale on the Hershey’s Store starting Aug. 18, and fans can sign up for first access via a dedicated website as soon as it goes live.
