Metallica partnered with the American Red Cross during their 2025 M72 tour to set up blood drives in cities on the itinerary.

The band is now expanding the initiative nationwide with the Give Where You Live campaign, encouraging fans to participate in Red Cross blood drives in the U.S. until Feb. 28, 2026.

Fans who donate blood will receive a limited-edition Red Cross-themed Metallica T-shirt and will be entered to win an ESP Snakebyte guitar with exclusive artwork and autographs by Metallica band members.

Metallica expressed gratitude for the fans’ support during the M72 shows, stating that fans donated over 2,000 units of blood and platelets, emphasizing that each donation can save more than one life.
