On October 19th, 25 of Houston’s best chefs and steakhouses will put their grilling expertise to the test as they vie for the title of Houston’s Best Steak!
In partnership with Buckhead Meats and benefitting the Blackwood Education & Land Institute, RARE is a one-of-a-kind competition among Houston’s finest carnivore-centric restaurants. Competitors will garner votes from a panel of professional judges and festival attendees to determine which steak reigns supreme.
Chefs can compete with a tried-and-true classic in the Traditional Steak category or get inventive in the Creative Steak Dish competition. To up the ante, all restaurants will complement their entries with a signature cocktail. What’s a great steak without a great beverage?
