The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced the recall of 11,123 Olli child booster seats made by Clek Inc.
The recall was issued because some of the booster seats do not have an installation label, the NHTSA said in a news release.
The label shows how the booster seat should be installed. Without the label, the booster seat fails to comply with federal rules covering child restraint systems.
The following seats are impacted by the recall:
Model number | Manufacture date |
---|---|
OL12U2 | Jan. 20, 2020, through May 10, 2022 |
OZ11U2 | March 1, 2020, through May 10, 2022 |
Clek will be sending owners a new label for the seat for free. Notification letters will be sent out by July 25.
