Change is coming: Windows 10 update in works
Get ready for a change if you are a Windows 10 user. It could make you wonder: “Where did that icon go?”
Microsoft has been redesigning the icons on some features since last year, but more cosmetic changes are apparently on tap, PC Gamer reported.
The Verge reported a test build has been rolling out that has different icons for frequently used items in File Explorer, including Recycling Bin, Documents folders and drives.
Earlier this month, the company revealed new system icons and adjusted the Start menu.
Microsoft is also working on what a “sweeping visual rejuvenation of Windows” that it’s calling “Sun Valley.”
More will be released about that initiative later this year, The Verge reported.
