According to The Associated Press, Dina Lohan, 59, was arrested Jan. 11, 2020, after she crashed her Mercedes into another driver outside a mall on New York’s Long Island before fleeing. The other driver followed her home and called police, who said Lohan smelled like alcohol and had glassy eyes when officers arrived, the AP reported.

Lohan, whose sentencing is set for Dec. 3, likely will receive an 18-day jail sentence, as well as five years’ probation, according to the news agency.

This isn’t the first brush with the law for Lohan, who appeared in the E! reality show “Living Lohan” in 2008. In 2014, she was convicted of aggravated drunken driving, the AP reported.
