Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his wife, Lauren Pesce, are expecting their first child, the couple announced Tuesday on social media.

The pair shared an ultrasound picture on their kitchen table, noting the bundle of joy is expected in May 2021.

“We have a Baby Situation 🤰,” The Situation, 38, wrote on Twitter and Instagram, making him the latest “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” cast member to announce a growing family.

According to Us Weekly, the college sweethearts wed in November 2018, three months before the “Jersey Shore” personality’s eight-month prison sentence for tax evasion. He was released in September 2019, only months before Pesce, 35, suffered a miscarriage.

“So excited for you both! Love you guys so much,” fellow cast member Deena Cortese, who is also pregnant, replied to Sorrentino’s Instagram post.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi wrote: “LOVE YOU BOTH🙏🏽❤️ sooo sooo excited for you!”

When he proposed to Pesce on Valentine’s Day in 2018, The Situation told the show’s viewers the moment was “really special” because the couple had “been through so much,” People magazine reported.

“Because it wasn’t guaranteed. It’s been very stormy for a while. The odds were against me. People bet against me. But against all odds, she’s been there throughout the ups and downs, the good times and the bad times,” he said when the proposal aired on “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” in June 2018.
