Popeyes is gearing up for the impeding return of its popular chicken sandwich by hiring more workers.

Bloomberg reported Restaurant Brands International Inc., the restaurants chain’s corporate parent, is increasing staffing. One franchisee of about 150 locations, Sun Holdings, Inc., will start offering the item early next month, according to Bloomberg.

“Our franchisees have worked to increase staffing,” Restaurant Brands said in a statement to Bloomberg. “We have been working diligently to bring the sandwich back to our restaurants soon, as we know our guests are anxiously anticipating its return.”

Popeyes would join Taco Bell in hiring more workers to meet demand for a food craze. In 2012, 15,000 people were hired in response to the popularity of the Doritos Locos Tacos.

The company wouldn’t give a date for the sandwich’s return.

Popeyes isn’t the only fast-food chain with buzz around a sandwich. Burger King launched the Impossible Whopper, made with plant-based meat from Impossible Foods, four days before Popeyes introduced its chicken sandwich. The Impossible Whopper’s success may have contributed to the company expanding. CNBC reported the company filed an application in the European Union to be able to use a genetically modified ingredient called soy leghemoglobin, which makes the brand’s plant-based meat taste like the real thing.
