The Goose Creek Fire Department responded after animal control officers were unable to reach the kitten, which was in close proximity to electrical wires, WCSC reported.

Firefighters used thermal imaging to locate the kitten. They drilled a small inspection hole to confirm the kitten was there, and then were able to safely remove it from inside the wall.

The kitten was then placed in the care of animal control.
