SPECIFIC RULES FOR
KGLK VACATION TO AULANI DISNEY RESORT AND SPA SWEEPSTAKES
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

| Entry Methods: | There is one (1) Entry Method: Participants may enter this Promotion via text message. Each weekday throughout the Promotion Period, eligible participants are encouraged to listen to the Station’s daily on-air broadcast at the approximate times listed below to hear the “Aulani Vacation” Keyword announcement (each an “Announcement”):
Mondays – Fridays: 7:00a.m., 9:00a.m., 11:00a.m., 1:00p.m., 3:00p.m., and 5:00p.m. and 7:00p.m.
Upon hearing the Announcement, listeners should text the correct, unique keyword to 60796 to receive one Entry in future drawings.

There will be nine (9) Qualifying Winners for this Promotion, from whom one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected.
Each weekday from Tuesday, May 21 to Friday, May 31, 2024 one (1) Qualifying Winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received to date (excluding Entries that have previously won).
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing from among all Qualifying Winners and announced on-air Monday, June 3, 2024.

| Qualifying Prize: | The Qualifying Prize consists of four (4) Disney Gift Cards each in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars, for a total value of One Hundred Dollars (ARV $100).

The Grand Prize consists of one (1) resort package to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, located in Kapolei, HI (the “Resort”) for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Vacation Package”), including the following elements:
· Roundtrip coach airfare for four (4) to Honolulu. · A voucher for roundtrip ground transfers for up to four (4) people between the Honolulu International Airport and the Resort. · Four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations at the Resort, consisting of one (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons. · $200 Resort credit. · Four (4) Disney Gift Cards (in addition to the Gift Cards already awarded as the Qualifying Prize) each in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars, for a total value of One Hundred Dollars (ARV $100).
The Vacation Package is valued at approximately Six Thousand Forty-Eight Dollars (ARV $6,048).

| Winner(s) agrees to look solely to applicable Prize Provider with respect to any claims, losses, or disputes in connection the element of the Prize provided by such party. The Station is not responsible for any failure of Prize Provider to deliver the Prize or any elements of the Prize.
Actual value of the Prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited. |

ADDITIONAL GRAND PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS
All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner or his/her/their Guests, including but not limited to:
- Shore excursions
- Travel insurance
- Laundry service
- Spa treatments
- Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee)
- Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn,
packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks)
- Local and long distance telephone calls
- Ship to shore communications including internet
- Merchandise and souvenirs
- Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above
Travel for the Vacation Package must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel dates and must begin no later than May 31, 2025, and conclude no later than June 15, 2025. The Winner and up to three (3) Guests (each a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with the Winner, the “Group”) must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport. All elements of the Vacation Package must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation Package. Any portion of the Vacation Package not accepted or used by winner will be forfeited. Prize Provider reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates, cruise ship or any other component of the Vacation Package, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of Vacation Package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Prize Provider’s sole discretion. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice.
Winners must be at least the age of majority pursuant to his/her applicable state of residence to enter and win. A Guest under the age of majority must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority and both will be deemed Guests of the winner (unless the winner is the Guest’s parent or legal guardian). Once selected by winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of the Prize Provider, which may be withheld for any reason.
Vacation Package and its components may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in the Prize Provider’s sole and absolute discretion.
The Grand Prize Winner and his/her/their Guests are required to comply with the Prize Provider’s health and safety measures and operational guidelines, including but not limited to, vaccination, face covering, COVID-19 testing and physical distancing requirements. Persons not meeting embarkation requirements will be denied boarding.
Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.
In the event the Winner and/or Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Prize Provider’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Prize Provider reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or Guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.
