SPECIFIC RULES FOR
Houston’s Eagle Holiday Matching Game
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

| Promotion Period: | The Promotion begins on Monday, November 6, 2023, and ends on Friday, December 8, 2023.

| Entry Methods: | There is only one (1) Entry Method: On-Air
|
| Number of Entries: | Participants may submit no more than one (1) Entry.
|
| Entry Information: | During the Promotion Period, eligible participants are encouraged to listen to Station for the on-air announcements to be the 12th caller to contact the Station. The Station will run the on-air announcements Monday through Friday at the following times: 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm CDT. Be the designated 12th caller to contact the Station after the on-air solicitation for callers has been made. Upon becoming the correct, designated 12th caller, entrants will be asked to participate in the game/on-air feature, “Houston’s Eagle Holiday Matching Game.” Entrants will be informed that Station staff and/or personnel have created the Houston’s Eagle Holiday Matching Game gameboard (“Gameboard”), which consists of 100 squares numbered 1 to 100. To become a Finalist, participants must correctly match any two (2) squares from the Gameboard. Once correctly matched, winning entrants (“Qualifying Winners”) shall earn the Qualifying Prize and be entered into a drawing for the Prize. After being deemed a Finalist, entrants will be asked to verify their contact information by providing Station staff with their first and last name, email address, city, state, and zip code. Upon successful verification of their contact information, Qualifying Winners will be provided with instructions for claiming their Qualifying Prize, and informed that they will be entered into a drawing for the Prize.
NOTE: To determine which Qualifying Prizes have been claimed and keep track of the guesses, entrants are encouraged to download and print the official 100-square Houston’s Eagle Holiday Matching Game gameboard. Station personnel will update the gameboard every time an entrant correctly identifies a match. | Number of Qualifying Winners and Grand Prize Winners: | There will be fifty (50) Qualifying Winners and one (1) Grand Prize Winner (each a “Winner;” and collectively, the “Winners”).

| Winner Selection and Notification: | Fifty (50) Qualifying Winners will be selected upon becoming the designated 12th caller to contact the Station after the on-air solicitations for callers has been made, and correctly matching any two (2) squares from the Houston’s Eagle Holiday Matching Game gameboard. All Qualifying Winners will be notified at the time they are identified to be the correct caller.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen randomly from among the fifty (50) Qualifying Winners. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by the Station by no later than Monday, December 11, 2023. |

This Promotion is only open to listeners of the Station who are legal residents of the United States residing within the Houston, Texas metropolitan area and are 21 years of age or older as of the commencement of the Promotion Period. Grand Prize may be exempt from applicable taxes in certain circumstances under Texas law. It is the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner to ensure they have met all requirements in order to receive exemption from taxation for Grand Prize. None of Station, Company, or Company’s parents, affiliates, employees, officers, or agents are responsible for any failure of Grand Prize Winner or Entrants to register with the Texas Comptroller or fulfill any other requirements related to gaining tax exemptions for Grand Prize.
