SPECIFIC RULES FOR
Houston’s Eagle Harley High Roller Game
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

Promotion Period: | The Promotion begins on Monday, September 25, 2023, and ends on Saturday, November 4, 2023.

Number of Entries: | Participants may only submit one (1) Entry, regardless of Entry Method.

Entry Info: | This Promotion is only open to listeners of the Station who are legal residents of the United States residing within the Houston, Texas metropolitan area and 21 years of age or older as of the commencement of the Promotion Period. |
Execution: | 1. On-Air Entry:
a. Beginning Monday, September 25, 2023, through Wednesday, November 1, 2023, eligible participants are encouraged to listen to the Station’s on-air broadcast for the seven (7) on-air announcements to be the 12th caller to contact the Station. Be the designated caller after the on-air solicitation for callers has been made.
b. Upon becoming the 12th caller, entrants will be informed that Station Staff and/or Talent has a die and is intending to roll it. Participants will be asked to guess whether Station Staff and/or Talent will roll either an even or odd number in the on-air game/feature “Even Or Odd Dice Roll.”
c. Eligible callers who correctly identify whether the Station Staff and/or Talent rolled an even or odd number will be deemed a “Qualifying On-Air Winner(s)”, and asked to verify their contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number, and email address).
d. Upon successful verification of their contact information, Qualifying On-Air Winners will be invited to the Lone Star Rally, to be held at The Strand at Saengerfest Park, located at 2302 Strand Street, Galveston, Texas 77550, on Saturday, November 4, 2023, for a chance to win a 2023 Harley-Davidson® FXBBS – Street Bob® 114 (“Prize”).
2. In-person Entry: a. Beginning Tuesday, September 26, 2023, through Friday, November 3, 2023, eligible participants must register in-person and on-location with the Station.
b. The Station will be on-site at up to eighteen (18) remote locations (“Remote” or “Remotes”) within the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. Participants should listen to the Station’s on-air broadcast and/or follow the Station’s social media sites to determine the times and locations for each of the Station’s Remotes.
c. Upon arriving at the Station’s Remote, participants must register with Station by completing a paper entry form. Participants must complete the paper entry form by providing their name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and any other optional or additional contact information, as requested, to be eligible to participate in a live game of “Even Or Odd Dice Roll.” Paper entry forms may be void if incomplete or illegible.
e. Once completed, eligible participants’ paper entry forms will be entered into a drawing pool. Participants may only have one entry in the drawing pool.
f. Every fifteen (15) minutes, Station staff will randomly select one participant’s entry form from the drawing pool and ask him or her to participate in a live game of “Even Or Odd Dice Roll.”
g. Participants will be informed that Station Staff and/or Talent has a die and is intending to roll it. Participants will be asked to guess if Station Staff and/or Talent will roll either an even or odd number.
h. Participants who correctly identify whether Station Staff and/or Talent rolled an even or odd number will be deemed an “In-Person Qualifying Winner(s)” and invited to the Lone Star Rally, to be held at The Strand at Saengerfest Park, located at 2302 Strand Street, Galveston, Texas 77550, on Saturday, November 4, 2023, for a chance to win the Prize.
i. Station will select a maximum of four (4) participants at each of its eighteen (18) Remotes, allowing for up to seventy-two (72) In-Person Qualifying Winners.
3. After all In-Person Qualifying Winners have been selected, Station Staff will create a cumulative drawing pool of all On-Air and In-Person Qualifying Winners (“Finalists”) on Friday, November 3, 2023.
4. On Saturday, November 4, 2023, Finalists will gather at the Lone Star Rally, which will be held at The Strand at Saengerfest Park, located at 2302 Strand Street, Galveston, Texas 77550, for a chance to win the Prize.
5. On Saturday, November 4, 2023, while on-site at the Lone Star Rally, Station Staff and/or Talent will conduct a reverse elimination, during which they will eliminate Finalists by random selection. Station Staff and/or Talent shall continue to eliminate Finalists until seven (7) participants remain (“Runner(s)-Up”).
6. Station shall present Runners-Up with seven (7) keys and allow each Runner-Up to select a key at random.
7. After each Runner-Up has selected a key, Station Staff and/or Talent will retrieve their key in order to determine which key starts the Prize. The Runner-Up whose key successfully starts the Prize will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner.
8. Grand Prize Winner must be present at the Lone Star Rally on Saturday, November 4, 2023, in order to claim the Prize. |
Entry Period: | On-Air Entries will be accepted from Monday, September 25, 2023, until Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
In-Person Entries shall be accepted from Tuesday, September 26, 2023, until Friday, November 3, 2023. The last opportunity to register in-person with the Station shall be Friday, November 3, 2023, at The Lone Star Rally held at The Strand at Saengerfest Park, 2302 Strand Street, Galveston, TX 77550. All In-Person Entry Forms must be completed and received by the Station by Friday, November 3, 2023, or they will be void.

Number of Winners: | · There will be up to one hundred ninety-six (196) Qualifying On-Air Winners.
· There will be up to seventy-two (72) Qualifying In-Person Winners.
· There shall be up to two hundred eighty-two (268) Finalists.
· There will be seven (7) Runners-Up, which shall be selected from amongst the Finalists.
· There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner, which shall be selected from amongst the Runners-Up. |
Winner Selection: | The Winner will be selected on-site at The Lone Star Rally held at The Strand at Saengerfest Park, 2302 Strand Street, Galveston, TX 77550, on Saturday, November 4, 2023.
The Grand Prize Winner must possess a valid Texas Class M License prior to taking possession of the Prize.

Prize (ARV): | There is one (1) Prize. The Prize is a 2023 Harley-Davidson® FXBBS – Street Bob® 114, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars (ARV $16,599). |
Prize Claim: |
The Prize shall be awarded on-site by Station Staff and/or Talent at The Lone Star Rally held at The Strand at Saengerfest Park, 2302 Strand Street, Galveston, TX 77550, on Saturday, November 4, 2023. |

The Winner agrees to look solely to applicable Prize Provider with respect to any claims, losses, or disputes in connection the element of the Prize provided by such party. The Station is not responsible for any failure of Prize Provider to deliver any elements of the Prize.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Winner must be licensed to operate a motorcycle in the state of Texas. Winner must also maintain a valid motorcycle insurance policy before they may accept the Prize. Winner must sign a release and waiver of liability before they may accept the Prize. Upon receipt of Prize, Winner will be responsible for all costs of winning and ownership of Prize, including but not limited to applicable taxes, tags, titles, permits, and maintenance. Radio One of Texas II, LLC, parents, partners, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, managers, members, and employees are not responsible for any costs associated with winning and ownership of Prize and will not be liable for costs or claims arising out or attributable to use of the Prize, including injury, disability, death, or property damage.
