6 firefighters injured battling Brooklyn blaze

NEW YORK – Six firefighters were injured while battling an intense fire at a Brooklyn home.

More than 200 firefighters worked to put out the flames throughout the three-story structure which started just before midnight Sunday, WABC reported.

The fire reached an adjacent house. The 12 people who lived in both houses were evacuated safely, CNN reported.
