RICHMOND, Va. – Four teenagers are in custody in connection with a shooting Friday night that left two children dead and two men injured, authorities said.
The fourth suspect turned himself in Wednesday night, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported. In a news conference on Tuesday, Richmond police identified the other three suspects as Clintoine Kenyahn Baker, 18, and two 17-year-old boys, the newspaper reported.
“I continue to commend the officers, major crimes detectives, and all of those involved in resolving this case so quickly as we pursue justice for the families of the victims,” Richmond Police Department Chief Gerald M. Smith said in a news release Wednesday.
On Friday, Rah’quan Logan, 14, and Abdul Bani-Ahmad, 9, were fatally wounded, WRIC reported.

The two men who were injured were in stable condition, the television station reported.
The teen who surrendered on Wednesday was charged with two counts of murder, eight counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, two counts of aggravated malicious wounding, possession of a firearm by a minor, shooting into an occupied vehicle, shooting from a moving vehicle, and attempted murder, the Times-Dispatch reported.
