We Spend Almost 9 Hours A Week Cleaning!
A new survey of over 2,000 Americans reveals that before the pandemic we would spend just over 5 1/2 hours a week cleaning our house. Since we’ve been home more, we now spend almost 9 hours a week cleaning. That’s almost 3 full weeks of cleaning a year!
44% say that knobs and handles in the kitchen were the dirtiest. Only 18% said that our dish towels were the dirtiest. 25% have heard that bacteria can grow on a dish towel, but don’t think it’s true and 12% were not aware of this fact at all.
