NEW YORK – Investigators in New York are offering up to $10,000 in the search for three men after a baby boy was killed in the city’s Brooklyn borough last month.

According to WPIX-TV, the New York Police Department on Monday shared new surveillance images of the men, whom investigators want to question about the fatal shooting of 22-month-old Davell Gardner.

According to WNBC and WPIX, the incident occurred about 11:30 p.m. July 12 as several family members gathered on a Madison Street sidewalk near Raymond Bush Park. Gunmen approached the family and started shooting, striking the baby and three men, ages 27, 35 and 36, police said.

Gardner, who was struck in the stomach, died at a nearby hospital, the news outlets reported. The men’s injuries were not life-threatening, authorities said.
