FARRELL, Pa. – A woman has been charged after cell phone video shows her driving through a crowd of people Friday night at a peaceful protest in Farrell, Pennsylvania.

Another cell phone captured the moment one protester was hit. That protester said he had to go to the hospital and showed us his medical records, which shows he has a leg and an ankle injury.

Four other people suffered minor injuries.

The driver, Amanda Hogenmiller, eventually stopped and was surrounded by protesters and police.

Hogenmiller has been charged with recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and careless driving.

The Mercer County District Attorney said protesters will be charged with disorderly conduct.
