PB&J Cocktail – Kelly’s Drink of the Week

Today’s drink is the PB&J Cocktail. If you make it right, it should taste like a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich, just in drink form!

First thing you need is a “bready” beer, so you get the sandwich part. Try the Shiner Brewer’s Pride. Just get something with a lot of yeast, but not a lot of hops.

Then, put in your peanut butter whiskey, and a fruity liqueur. We’re using Screwball Peanut Butter Whiskey, and Chambord Blackberry Liqueur.

This is not a sandwich for serving to the kids…so don’t do that.

Kelly’s PB&J Sandwich Cocktail

• 1 ½ shots Screwball Peanut Butter Whiskey
• 1 ½ shots Chambord liqueur
• About 4 ounces Shiner Brewer’s Pride Doppelbock

Preparation

• Chill all ingredients.
• Pour about 2 ounces Shiner in a chilled glass.
• Add Peanut Butter Whiskey and Chambord.
• Top with more Shiner. Enjoy.
