JACKSON, N.H. – A hungry bear decided to help himself to some food left inside a car in New Hampshire.
The Jackson Police Department shared photos and video of the animal in a Facebook post, saying that the bear decided to help himself to some food that had been left behind inside the car.
The car’s driver had been dining at a restaurant in Jackson when the bear came to visit, WFXT reported.
A photo shared by police showed a mess inside the car left behind by the bear before it was able to move the bag of food to the hood of the car.

In its post, the police department reminded drivers, “‘Hungry Bear, Don’t Care’…keep your windows up, doors locked and car clear of snacks! (Especially picinick baskets Yogi!!!)”
